Female Competitive Programming
The North York Cosmos has established itself as the marquee club in the North York District Soccer Association, with many high-performance youth teams competing against the top clubs in the province. The Club offers competitive teams for almost every age group amongst the boys and girls divisions, and we have continued to build the talent and qualifications of our coaching staff.
Every Cosmos team is unique and we understand that. We tailor our programming to the players and families that make up each team.

We don't want to tell you how to run your team. As long as you abide by the Club's guidelines and processes, we are simply here as a resource to help you get the best soccer experience possible. If you do need assistance with team management, our Competitive Directors are available and ready to step in to support.

COMPETITIVE PATHWAY
​
Team Foundation (U8-U9):

Identification of the most advanced players in House League and bringing them together for group training.

Moving the selected players out of recreational play and into a full-time competitive environment with professional coaching.

Participation in summer festivals and development league.

Team Development (U10-U14):

Training year-round with two-three weekly practice sessions and skill-appropriate competition, focused on individual player development.

Participation in development league and festivals/tournaments.

Offering continual opportunities for advanced recreational players to train with/join the competitive team.

Team Compete (U15+):

Establishing a full, committed roster of players to compete at the regional level of play.

Continuing player development through three weekly training sessions, focused on on-field team performance.

Participation in year-round, skill-appropriate league and tournaments.
Women’s Programs:

Our well established women’s program currently has teams competing at the regional level and district level.

Please note - Teams may have an additional "Team Fee" to cover additional items as part of the team's budget.
Indoor Rep Team Fees vary depending on Facilities, Training Sessions, Participants and Leagues.
